Kelly Maine :o( September 30, 2004 Going to aruba in 43 days and really want to do the jeep tour..heard a lot of good stuff about it. My boyfriend and i want to drive our own..he's not the passenger type!! We know we would probably have to go with other people we don't mind that...just he wants to drive...Does anyone have any info that would help me? Do i have to reserve way ahead of time??? Also which is more preferred..half day or whole day? THANKS!!

Jill Tennessee June 23, 2004 This was my second time using ABC for a jeep tour of the island. The first time was in '98 and the tour was the highlight of that trip. This trip there were members of our party who had never been to Aruba and I thought the best way to see the island was doing a jeep tour. I wouldn't have dreamed of using any company other than ABC Tours. Our guide for the most recent trip was Claudio, and we couldn't have been happier. He was informative, very pleasant, and made the trip very enjoyable. We're planning our trip for next year with more people coming and I'm sure ABC Tours will be on the "must do" list. The owners are hands on, good people, and we booked online before we even got there.

flsunshine florida June 21, 2004 :cool: My husband and I took this tour, it was the best! The highlight of our trip. Our guide, whom my husband kept calling Tony, (not his real name) was terrific. He took us up ravines.. down crevaces around the most beautiful scenery, and kept us all amused with his quick whit. He catered to his people, and we never were rushed or missed out on a thing. We had a wild ride over the hills, along the rocky coast, and saw alot of the island. We had a great time snorkeling and swimming in the beautiful crystal blue water, lunch was good, with free drinks. I'd recommend to everyone to take the full day jeep safari... even us oldies, can do it.

Jan Santoro June 21, 2004 Great time, Leroy was a great guide. Although we drove our own land rover, Leroy made sure we were never missing the guided talks about what we saw, plenty of refreshments provided. He even assisted our kids in feeding the ostriches over the fence!! What an awesome excursion we had. It was a blast, all 9 of us agreed!! Natural pool was awesome to snorkel, some of us dove off the rocks into the crystal clear water. Natural bridge was an awesome sight. Lunch stop was good too.

Rhonda Georgia June 9, 2004 The day we spent with Claudio was absolutely the best day on the island. We started the day going on a tour with DePalm, by the looks of all the literature you get when you get in, they are the only thing going. But thank goodness they were not agreeable to our coupons and we cancelled with them and went with ABC. This is the type of company you WANT to give your $ to, the owner came and picked us up in his personal car, so we could make the tour that day. Great people, great company!! Look into this before DePalm, they are not a PEOPLE company!! They are in it for the $$, not personal at all. We loved Claudio and ABC and would do it again in a heartbeat!!!

The Hunsberger Family Pottstown, PA June 4, 2004 We had the best - worst day on our tour. It was on Thursday 5/20/04. It poured most of the day, but we had the best time. We had great companions from Maine, a FANTASTIC tour guide CLAUDIO!! We will never forget that day, it was the best!! The rain could not turn us back! We would do it all over again!! Our trip included lunch which was fantastic! They were very attentive to our needs, even providing the girls with dry T-Shirts. No regrets what so ever!! And thank you Claudio-Thank God for this beautiful day!!!!
